- Login to the Housing Portal using UNH credentials
- Select Maintenance Request Link on the menu bar (far right)
- Click New Request to begin...
If the issue is urgent (leaking water, no heat, power outage, door not locking, plugged toilet/shower, no electrical power to outlets), do not submit maintenance request...call UNH Facilities Dispatch (603) 862-1437.
