To request access and accounts for a new hire prior to their start date, use the “New Hire Early Access Request” under “Add” in the Accounts Management System (AMS).
When requesting early access for a new employee, it is important to use the incoming employee’s information (DOB, personal email, etc) to ensure access can be granted in a timely fashion.
