The Project Management Office (PMO) provides various services to assist USNH departments in providing effective process, portfolio, and project management. Our services focus on project and portfolio governance, educational training, consulting, demand management, capacity and resource management, and delivering the tools, processes, and artifacts needed to successfully manage strategically-aligned projects. The PMO also provides two project management training programs for new project managers.
